Knights of the Old Republic

Some of you may not know this classic game series. I would not be surprised but saddened as you have lost out on great experiences.  Bioware's Knights of the Old Republic's (KOTOR) first release was in 2003 and the second one in 2004. What made me, and other people, hold these games in high regards was definitely the story. Whilst you were forced into certain choices, most of what happened in the playthrough was your decision.  You wanted to be the (almost) comically evil person destroying everything he touches? The most well known example of this would be the most recent release by Bethesda Game Studios, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. This giant of a game was released back in 2011.  Besides the things I have mentioned some of the other things most frequently brought up by Skyrim fans were: - Flexibility of the game (Both in terms of the gameplay itself as well as changing/adding elements of it, commonly referred to as "Modding) - Availability (Since 2011 it has been released on probably every single that could handle it technologically and physically) - Freedom of choice (You can do pretty much what you want, no "railroading") As this blog mostly focuses on technological progress, let's talk about the next gam
